We at WiSNiA Polish Store strive to commit to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers.
Our store offers shipping services via local delivery companies. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In which case we will inform the customers of any possible delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
WiSNiA Polish Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the delivery services and/or the local authorities.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN REQUESTS
ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
THE customer is entitled to cancel an Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform us of their decision to cancel by means of a clear statement sent to us by email: wisnia.store@gmail.com.
RETURN REQUESTS
WiSNiA Polish Store allows the customer to return its item/s within a period of 14 days with receipt as proof of purchase. Kindly be advised that the item/s should be returned in the original packaging unopened, unused, undamaged or with no signs of use or consumption and in the resalable conditions. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable food such as fresh produce, frozen or refrigerated goods. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will reimburse the costs no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as used by the customer for the Order. The customer bears all if any fees fees incurred for such reimbursement.

Return postage fees are paid by the customers.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
Only available products in stock will be dispatched to the customers after completion of payment transaction. In case of out-of-stock, the customer may contact us to request the product/s for future purchases.
7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
All services provided with our sales and products purchased from wisnia.fi / wisnia.store are tax-inclusive.
8. ACCEPTANCE
